SOUND HEALING

I play Crystal bowls and Himalayan bowls with the intention of gently bringing the body back into harmony and facilitate self healing.
I offer 1:1 sessions and Sound baths for groups of 2 or more people.
1:1 sessions, either in the comfort of your own home or at my space in Bedford, involve a full body energy diagnosis where I will check your energy body and auric field for blockages using a crystal douser. I will then set our intentions for the session playing either the Crystal bowls or the Himalayan bowls intuitively, ending with a final energy check and a moment for reflection and grounding.
