I’m excited to bring to the Bedford MS Center a restorative new offering to all members for the New Year: a monthly Sound Bath series. Each session is designed to help you unwind, reset, and reconnect through the healing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other soothing instruments. Whether you're seeking stress relief, deeper meditation, or a peaceful escape, these monthly gatherings will support your well-being all year long. This sound bath is fully accessible for wheelchairs, scooters, and anyone who prefers to be seated in a chair. Yoga mats will be provided for those who would like to lie down.
