WHAT IS SOUND HEALING?
Sound healing is a deeply powerful, relaxing, immersive and therapeutic experience of frequencies for the body, mind and emotions with the intention of bringing them into a state of balance and harmony - reaching the deepest parts of you on a cellular and energetic level, shifting the mind back into loving awareness and reconnecting back with your higher self and our mother, Gaia. This can be created through and not limited to Crystal bowls, Himalayan bowls, chimes and gongs; through certain healing frequency music; through listening to your favourite song; your own voice or through immersing in the sounds of nature.
How does it work?
Everything in the universe has it's own energy field and holds a unique frequency. The body is like a song, every cell, organ, bone and muscle holds this unique tone/resonance. Once one of these is out of tune it will eventually affect the entire body causing dis-ease.
The human body is made up of 70% water. Sound in water travels at 1,500 meters per second which makes it a very effective conductor. By adopting the principle of resonance, we can use sound vibrations to bring the body back into a place of balance and harmony, creating the perfect environment for self healing and transformation.
Sound healing is a powerful medicine and ideally not recommended for those with severe mental health conditions, pregnant women in their first trimester, those who suffer with epilepsy, seizures, tinnitus and anyone with implanted medical devices like pacemakers. Coming from a family of clairvoyants and spiritual healers, I grew up surrounded by crystals, spiritual guidance and philosophy, yet I rarely embodied it. In my darkest moments I began connecting with the spirit and angel realms for healing and guidance. I realised the only way to overcome was to stand in my power, to light up the darkness and remember my mission in this lifetime - to awaken my authenticity, my creativity, to harness the ancient power of sound and be a tool to bring the manifestations of the divine as we move into this new Earth.
With an open heart full of gratitude for my experiences, I am dedicated to empowering individuals to take control of their own healing journey. It is an honour to offer healing sounds and be received with love and honesty.
